Technical Project Coordinator
Are you an experienced Technical Project Coordinator looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project at the forefront of scientific research? Nipromec Group is now seeking a skilled Technical Project Coordinator to join our team in Lund, Sweden.
We are now looking for a Technical Project Coordinator for a project in Lund, Sweden. You’ll be supporting complex technical projects in an international engineering environment whre you have the chance to work with multidisciplinary teams across Mechanical, Plant & Process and Electrical designs. This role is pivotal to ensuring projects run smoothly, with clear communication, efficient planning and effective problem-solving at every stage.
The position is scheduled to start in November 2025. The estimated duration of the project is 6 months with the possibility of extension. Please note that this role requires 100% presence on-site in Lund, Sweden.
About the Role:
As a Technical Project Coordinator, you will support in the execution of engineering projects across multiple disciplines. You will ensure the scope is well-defined, coordinate technical workflows, monitor progress and facilitate communication between teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Coordination: Ensure project scope is clear, gather interface, technical and legal requirements, and organize the project breakdown.
- Time & Cost Evaluation: Assess project timelines, estimate costs and support resource allocation.
- Technical Support: Participate in technical discussions, document action points, and translate them into clear assignments for the team.
- Progress Monitoring: Update and maintain progress in task tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) to provide visibility on workloads and deadlines.
- Problem Solving: Support issue resolution and provide structured solutions across project workflows.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience coordinating technical projects in engineering or industrial environments.
- Proven ability to manage engineering workflows, technical documentation, and follow-up on progress.
- Excellent oral and written English.
- Familiarity with task tracking tools such as JIRA is advantageous.
- Knowledge of relevant European and Swedish engineering standards is a plus.
- Experience coordinating across multiple disciplines (Mechanical, Process, Electrical) is a plus.
- Knowledge of regulated/constraint industrial environments (Nuclear, pressure vessels, life sciences) is desirable.
